I'm Roman, the founder of RP Personal Training.

Over the years, I've become increasingly frustrated with the direction of the fitness industry.
​
Everywhere you look, people are being told they need to count calories, track macros, hit step targets and follow increasingly complicated training plans just to make progress.
​
For the vast majority of people, this simply isn't necessary.
​
Getting stronger, fitter and healthier has always come down to a handful of principles: train consistently, eat sensibly, work hard and give it time.
​
As a husband, father and business owner, I understand that fitness needs to fit around the demands of everyday life.
​
That's why my coaching is built around a practical approach centred on progressive strength training, sensible nutrition and long-term consistency.

The Studio
Located in Hollygate Park on the outskirts of Nottingham, the studio offers a private training environment away from the crowds and distractions of typical gyms.

The space is designed for focused one-to-one coaching. With no other people present, sessions are uninterrupted and structured around your goals, allowing full attention to technique, progression and quality of movement.​
