My name is Roman
I’m a qualified Personal Trainer with years of practical experience, specialising in structured, results-driven coaching without unnecessary complexity.

Having previously served in the RAF, I understand the importance of discipline, structure, and consistency, and I apply that same standard to every client I work with.

My coaching is built around strength, conditioning, and progression, delivered in a focused, private training environment where the priority is always your results.

The Studio
Located in Hollygate Park on the outskirts of Nottingham, the studio offers a private training environment away from the crowds and distractions of typical gyms.

The space is designed for focused one-to-one coaching. With no other people present, sessions are uninterrupted and structured around your goals, allowing full attention to technique, progression and quality of movement.​
